FUNDAMENTALS COURSE

If you are looking to get the most out of your workouts, but have limited or no knowledge about free weight training, this is for YOU! We provide a three day course that will teach you the basic barbell training principles that will insure safe, efficient workouts for the rest of your fitness journey. This is a perfect intro for those who might be on the fence about joining our group training sessions.

HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Bayou Barbell is looking for High School athletes who want to take their sports career seriously. Any athlete that has truly excelled on the field can tell you that average training will not cut it. It takes dedication and a willingness to go the extra mile. Two or three extra days per week, focusing on proper mechanics in the movements that produce SPEED and STRENGTH, will push you straight past your competitors and open opportunities most athletes dream of.

ADULT GROUP TRAINING

Our Adult group sessions (male and female ages 18 and up) will teach each individual in a group setting how to properly lift along with an hour long strength building workout two to three times per week. Our instructors will conduct each workout by teaching proper technique in relation to each movement during each session.

24 HR - OPEN GYM MEMBERSHIP
